Co-creating an online campaign, John Lewis & Partners
Brief: To bring different teams together in planning and delivering the online element of John Lewis’s Spring & Summer 2019 Living Room campaign
Response: I planned and delivered a two day workshop for buying, trade, content, design, social and product teams, facilitating the co-creation of designs for new editorial-led web pages. As well as wireframing the competing designs which emerged, I worked with web designers and senior stakeholders to ensure the pages were an engaging online home of this multichannel campaign. The campaign resulted in dwell time increasing by 500% on living room pages.
