Brief: to improve the existing IA and UX of SME business pages
Response: I interrogated business requirements to tease out the key issues for business and user needs, and proposed a mobile-first approach. I then created goals and user stories, and crafted the design through a number of conceptual ideations, wireframes and prototypes.
