Guerilla usability testing a voice app, ING
Brief: To test the usability of the first voice-enabled banking app in Europe, and provide a quick feedback-loop into development on what was still a secret project.
Response: Using guerrilla-style testing enabled a quick and easy test on the ING premises. This provided insights that could be fed back into the design and development process almost immediately.
