Brief: to help develop Co-Op Funeral Services’ digital service design.
Response: I was involved in the inception stage of the project, where I gathered requirements via workshops, spoke to subject matter experts (including funeral directors and morgue staff). I helped shape the new service design by sketching flows and creating a prototype. This was instrumental in convincing the entire team to go with a system design rather than a wizard design.
