Brief: to provide claimants with a simple way of organising their state benefits with the Department for Work and Pensions by using a voice-enabled, multi-modal, mobile app.
Response: I created user scenarios, and liaised with the speech scientist, graphic designer and developer to create a proof of concept (see video below).
