Samsung e-commerce redesign, Cheil
Brief: to improve the customer experience of samsung.com for European and UK e-commerce website.
Response: As UX designer, I worked closely with the design lead to set up and conduct workshops with major stakeholders from Samsung to gather requirements. I created detailed user flows of the customer journey from browsing through to the checkout flow in Axure. The new detailed design for both desktop and mobile won the pitch against both an internal and an external agency.
